  • This is simply a guideline to get us in the zone of measurement. Bodies are unique. It’s a beautiful thing. If you have any questions or specifics you would like to clarify, please email, or email to set up a phone call so we can make sure we’re both seeing the same vision for your garment.

    1. Nape to waist: from the base of your neck to the small of your back (in other words, nest the end of the measuring tape at the smallest part of your waist)

    2. Shoulder to shoulder: edge to edge, just straight across

    3. Bust: around the fullest part of the bust (making sure the measuring tape isn’t slipping lower in the back)

    4. Natural waist: around the smallest part of your waist (usually just below the ribs/just above the navel)

    5. Hips: around the fullest part of your derriere

    6. Waist to knee: length, from the natural waist to mid-knee

    7. Waist to floor: length, from the natural waist to the floor

    8. Arm length: top of shoulder to wrist bone

    9. Bicep: that thickest part of the upper arm

    10. Forearm: around the thickest part of the forearm, below elbow

    11. Wrist: oh you know, measure where a watch would sit
